I agree, IM has become more complex, but then, so has the environment in which everyone does business.

Just think, it is only very recently that broadband has been available, and as a result people are able to use video in their marketing. Add to that new social media such as Twitter, FB and the Video sharing sites, and you have a landscape unrecognizable to someone who last went online just five years ago.

It is still possible, however to Keep It Simple.

You just need the right knowledge!

People need to get the basics down first, that is where I have been going wrong for a long time, I have been trying to run before I could walk (promoting to many things at one time! This is just no good )

I was suduced by BFM which I still have to find a niche for. But, I have one of the best IM software programs IMO.
